MISSION, VISION AND VALUES
Mission:
AHDAA is a non- government, humanitarian and non-profit organization that supports sustainable development in Afghan community through promoting the ability of local communities to decide upon and manage their own development process. Activities are implementing in cooperation with civil society organization, national and international donors, UN, Governmental Departments, private sectors with particular emphasis on poverty reduction and assistance towards the rural development, and gender equality.
Vision:
Public welfare and Afghan Community Development
External Vision:
Rural Afghan community in the reason of the shortage knowledge, War, Immigration, lack of access to the natural resources, and infrastructures, lack of strength in economics, unable to use the local resources effectively, as well as the ability to identify and management by themselves. AHDAA as an active civil society foundation by supports and cooperation of Governmental institution, UN, national and international organization and local community, both males and females work towards community development based on its priority needs.
Internal Vision:
AHDAA is a well-known and respected NGO with a strong reputation in Afghan society. It is a transporter development organization with clear and updated polices and strategies and with committed and experienced afghan staff, also in key management positions.
